* From all our flats Marmara Sea and Islands’ Sights are visible from an angle of 180 degrees.

* In all our flats there is  central heating system. In our flat house keeping service is provided in every two days.
 
 Standard Kitchen Utilities ;

Kitchen appliances which would remain at a house and more… like wall type kitchen Cupboards, all kinds of kitchen appliances used for cooking, food service settings for six persons, tea and coffee sets for six person, single door or double door refrigerator, stove, water heater, pots and pans  for cooking, micro wave oven upon request,  suction fan… ( for 2 person ) extra baby bed.

* The prices that mendioned down below are All Inclusive Prices. Means Electricity, water, Heating is all Included.

When you take the keys of the room it is given as a clean room. Cleaning Service is not included the price. On request we can send our maid with an extra cost.
